stop the EPA from seizing all private land in the U.S.A.

The EPA is currently trying to seize all private land in the united states. This agency, which operates as the misnamed Environmental Protection Agency unveiled their proposed change to the Clean Water Act, which would extend their regulatory control to temporary wetlands and waterways, including but not limited to the water runoff from your yard, and even ponds/puddles ON YOU PROPERTY. Congress, which has the power of the people has not, I repeat HAS NOT given them the permission to do so, they are seizing the property on their own bypassing everyone/everything else. This has got to stop! The EPA can not take all ground water and claim it as their own, "waters of the U.S." This is unconstitutional! This could potentially lead to the U.S. having water allowances for us citizens.
