Restricting modifications to vehicles that are NOT used on public highways is wrong. The continued government intrusion and restrictions on recreation is unacceptable.
Please withdraw this ill conceived bill and work on REMOVING many other vehicle use restrictions that don't make sense and only further political agendas.
