Using its "right to be forgotten" laws, Europe is currently engaged in an effort to impose its censorship of Internet search results on the entire world. This effort is currently being led by France against Google. Europe has no right to censor search results worldwide. Imagine the outcry if China did that, and by what logic would we oppose such action by China if Europe is allowed to set this precedent for it? We call on the Obama Administration to take all necessary steps, including trade sanctions if necessary, to stop this European encroachment on the civil liberties of Americans and other nations' citizens.
