We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Stop euthanasia of animals who are not adopted to new homes.

Created by C.D. on June 29, 2016

There are about 13,600 community animal shelters nationwide that are independent; there is no national organization monitoring these shelters.

Approximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year. Of those, approximately 3.9 million are dogs and 3.4 million are cats.
Each year, approximately 2.7 million animals are euthanized (1.2 million dogs and 1.4 million cats). - Via ASPCA

A local news channel reported that 3 young Beautiful dogs were going to be put down, Why? Because they have no home. I am reaching out to those across the nation to help STOP EUTHANASIA OF ANIMALS WHO ARE NOT ADOPTED TO NEW HOMES.

Put your self in the place of these Animals, Now answer one question for me.. Would you want to Euthanized for having no home/ Nowhere to go?
