Stop evaluating teachers/ students based on testing. More tests means less time learning.

The America of today just can't compete with other nations in terms of education. The federal government needs to take a harder stance on education and make sure that schools aren't being made to test students constantly. The more tests we give the more time we take away from learning and the more that learning and education just becomes about making kids pass certain tests and not making sure that kids are prepared to move onto college or into a workforce that constantly demands for more knowledgeable workers. With increased competition coming in from the rest of the world, we cannot afford to falter on education, and constantly giving out tests will only make the situation worse.
