The President has announced that he will use executive orders on gun control to bypass Congress and infringe on 2nd Amendment rights of US citizens.
Executive Orders specifically used to bypass Congress and the Constitution seems like an illegal activity which should lead to impeachment.
A proper Executive Order should be to command all departments of the executive branch to enforce existing laws to the extent persons considering criminal activity with a firearm will decide that the risk of prison time is not worth the potential reward.
