Stop exemption of privileged individuals, via constitutional amendment, for laws enacted for the people.

Created by A.K. on September 16, 2013

Due to government officials placing exemptions upon themselves from laws enacted/enforced on the people, a privileged class has been created. This is antithetical to the founding principals of this country. I call for amending the constitution with the following:
All legislation, laws, statutes, regulations, passed by congress and signed into law by the president, or by veto over-ride, or presidential proclamation, shall equally apply to all persons, federal, state or local, and no government entity shall exempt themselves, any individuals, or groups. All legislation, laws, statutes, regulations shall equally apply to all. Should government exempt one individual, regardless of status, within the legislation, laws, statutes, regulations; all citizens are herby afforded equal exemption.
