Stop existing and future Federal prosecutions in States that have State drug laws that conflict with Federal drug laws.

Although incense and marijuana are legal in many States, the Federal Government aggressively confronts State Laws through lawsuits saying they are invalidated under US law. In doing so they violate State sovereignty and use overt acts of duplicity to lure honest people into performing a previously or otherwise uncontemplated illegal act.
This is unfair to the people of the United States in that the Federal Government demonstrates a deliberate deceptiveness in behavior or speech, double-dealing, and state of being twofold.
Because of this culture of duplicity and entrapment the Federal government needs to cease and desist from federal prosecutions of incense and marijuana in those States where it has been deemed legal under State Law and immediately release those sentenced unfairly.
