STOP THE EXISTING "INTERNAL POSSESSION" LAW IN THE GREAT STATE OF NEVADA.

Created by J.T. on January 14, 2013

In Washoe County, Nevada, Clark County, Nevada both have the "Internal Possession" law that gives L.E.O.'s the authority if pulled over or stopped in any manner, and if that L.E.O. feels that your eyes may be red that you are in fact under the influence of some sort of drug, that gives them the right to take blood from you "without" or with your consent. If you prove to show "+" positive you will then be charged with "Internal Possession" a felony in the State of Nevada.
