We the people of the United States of America want the President’s use of executive orders for the expansion of executive power to stop. This practice is extremely dangerous and violates our country’s constitution. A President who thinks he has the right to re-write, or ignore, or negate federal laws, is dangerous to our form of government. The Constitution was written to create balance between the branches of government and to protect Americans from abuse. The framers of the Constitution did not want the concentration of power in any one branch thereby giving stability to our system of government. The President took an oath to preserve the constitution, not ignore it.
