You have promised many times that you will use your “power of the pen,” when Congress can't or won't take action on critical issues. Now is the time for you to turn that promise into action. Stop expediting child deportations and provide immediate relief to innocent children seeking refuge in the safe haven that is the United States. Prioritizing the deportation of these children by expediting their hearings, ultimately denies them due process and a fair trial. These are children. With you lies their hope for a future and our hope in the changes you promised us in your first term.
