Stop the Exploitation of Human Resources and Slave Trade in America

If all employees, regardless of position of employment and amount of regular compensation (which depends on the difficulty of the job being performed), do not receive an equal and fair share of the profits they worked to generate for a corporation, then in reality they are no more than exploited slaves owned and traded by corporation stockholders, collectively, under the guise of the legal "person" (slave) entity which is named the corporation. Put an end to slave empires and demand that corporation profits rightfully belong to the people who worked to generate the profits, not the holder of a paper "share" of (illegal slave) ownership. Corporations are just a cover-up for modern day slave ownership. Think about it. This is a major flaw in the American way of life.
