This petition is aimed at preventing any state in this country from requiring children that are on the free and reduced meal program from being exploited and embarrassed by being forced to do manual labor such as sweeping and mopping the floors to "earn" their meals. This is a violation of their human and civil rights in addition to an affront to child labor laws and therefore should never be an open topic for discussion in any capacity.
