I am a victim of domestic violence and recently experienced a bogus simple trial which had no depth in providing thorough facts that contributed to the crime of this night. As a victim, I am concerned about manipulative domestic violence abusers power enabled to manipulate the justice system by discrediting the victim based on no evidence of self defense but 19 year old emotionally immature out dated mental health records that have no bearing on a domestic violent aggravated assault, in which were brought in by the false facts and twist of misrepresentation of myself at the hands of the defense counsel within the district court.
The defense was allowed to proceed to throw me under a legal bus, being they had no other case other wise in exploitation of mh records with no bearing.
