The FAA's new policy to allow passengers to use personal electronic devices (PED) during all phases of flight is unsafe. If an emergency were to happen, and people were on their PED, they would not be paying attention to the instructions of the pilots and flight attendants and wouldn't know what to do in the event something were to happen. People already don't listen to the rules and flight attendants. Do you think they'll listen to anything once they're allowed to use them?
