Buried in the farm bill was one sentence that lifted the 10-year statue of limitations on the collection of debts owed to Uncle Sam. No one will take responsibility for adding this one sentence, but congressional staffers say it was likely added at the request of the bureaucracy. Now that's the way to take responsibility!
