Stop the federal funding of the Boy Scouts and the Boy Jamboree.

I believe that the Federal Government has no business funding the Boy Scouts and their Jamborees. Additionally I believe that they should no long grant special or preferred access to federal lands, bases, and parks. The Boy Scouts have discriminatory policies, and no similar organization receives similar funding.
