The Sutter County Superintendent of Schools in Yuba City, CA along with Yuba City Unified School District - have created a warehouse education system for the Non-Verbal, Autistic, severely and multi disabled students.
Regardless of intellectual abilities, all students are categorically denied all education services, such as speech and language. A service that is standard for Autistic students. These students are denied any consistent and necessary communication system, instead, behavior plans are created that deprive student's ability to express their basic wants and needs the only way they know how.
Parents and staff are retaliated against for filing complaints against SCSOS and YCUSD & the practices that not only deprives students of FAPE but their Civil Rights.
