The controlled Substances act of 1970 does not reflect the changing attitudes towards drug use in the modern day. The federal government has no right to tell what there citezens can and can't put into their own body. Create a new drug policy that lets states decide whats best for there people. Our personal freedoms have been lost through our failed prohibitionist policies.
