Stop Federal officals from entering on our private properties and have written permission before entering on our lands.

Created by W.H. on November 13, 2012

The Federal Government Violates the Fourth Amendment, which says the government cannot conduct a search without obtaining a warrant and showing probable cause to believe that the person has committed or will commit a crime.

The Federal Government Violates the Fourth Amendment by failing to provide notice - even after the fact - to persons whose privacy has been compromised. Notice is also a key element of due process, which is guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment.

Therefore, Federal Government officails are demanded to stay off of our properties. Private property is just that PRIVATE. We have the right to be secure in our homes and lands. We demand that Federal officails stay off our properties unless we give them written permission to enter or they have a valid search warrent.
