We the people urge the Obama Administration to retract the power given to the Drug Enforcement Agency or any federal law enforcement entity to incriminate Medical Marijuana users who are following State Law. We have a clear understanding that Federal law supersedes state law, but we ask that you give states judicial governance of their cannabis laws without federal intervention.
President Obama, you stated before your first term that you would make Medical Marijuana a non-priority, since 2009 your administration has allowed 170 DEA raids and 61 Federal Indictments pursuing pot clinics. That's over 3 times the raids and 60 times the indictments we saw with George W. Bush for both terms. PLEASE listen to the people and stop filling up our crowded prisons with medical pot users and sellers
