Stop federal policy makers from creating laws that apply to the American people but not themselves.

Our government is "of the people for the people". Policy makers are just people like the rest of us. If they create a law or policy that applies to the American people, such as mandatory healthcare, then it should apply to them as well. They should be strictly prohibited from doing otherwise.
