This petition is made for one main reason; we do not want a holocaust on USA soil. Let’s get them take down the Rex 84 Program. Basically in a nutshell this gives the government and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) the complete control to take over the US citizens rights. Take the power away from a few people, we the people have to make sure our rights stay guaranteed. We have these rights for a reason; don’t become a victim of population control.
