STOP Financial Aid fraud by a group of greedy banks against students and the Government.

College and university students, as well as tax payers and the US Government are being defrauded by a bunch of banks, led by ringleader 'Higher One', masquerading as good corporate citizens. Students have the additional crime of identity theft committed against them. The Department of Justice has declined to intervene in case # CV-13-00007 PHX JAT (Federal Court, Arizona) which aims to rectify this situation, but, they want to watch closely from the sidelines. This fraud not only has to stop, but the money already stolen must be returned. To allow the criminals to flout the law and enjoy the proceeds of their ill-gotten gains is unconscionable.
