Stop forced dog abortions in pounds. Pounds are required to spay/neuter all dogs. Recently I adopted a dog from the pound and they aborted her litter without notifying me. Adopters don't have the choice to keep a dog's unborn puppies and SHOULD have that choice. With your support we could implement a potential contract. This contract would require pounds to inform the adopter if the dog she/he is adopting is pregnant. If the dog is pregnant this contract would allow the adopter to choose to keep the puppies or have them aborted. It would also require the adopter to get the dog and her puppies spayed/neutered once they come of age (different in each state).
