stop forcing Honorably Discharged veterans from paying Federal Income Tax

Created by N.E. on April 06, 2013

In an act of caring for our Veterans and their Families, the United States government should abolish the Federal Income Tax for all those that have an Honorable Discharge or have been honorably relieved of their Officers' Commission. This will afford those veterans who are struggling in this time of slow growth from the Great Recession a chance to make ends meet. It will also stimulate the economy via adding more to those Veterans' pockets and increase their purchasing power. Such an abolishment of the Income Tax should be levied on the wealthy, as should other tax breaks for the Middle Class. It's time for the government to actually thank those who put their lives on the line for the safety and security of our great Nation.
