Healthcare workers should have the option of vaccines not be forced into getting them. People are losing their jobs due to the refusal of the flu vaccin. There have been many cases of failed vaccines making prople paralyzed and exposing them to the flu virus when they have never even had the flu. It is unconstitutional to force anyone to do such.
