Stop all foreign aid until the following conditions have been met.
1) All U.S. debt is paid
2) The fedral budget is balanced and remains so
3) No hard working U.S. citizens are below the poverty line
It is time for the fedral government to put the U.S. first. The American people are tired of working only to have their money taken in taxes to be sent as relief to countries that not only hate us, but openly call for the killing of American citizens.
