We pay over 50 Billion a year in foreign aid. It has been a very valuable tool in the past. But we need to help our own people at home. Congress can't pass a budget. So we need to do this now. Help our own people keep there jobs. Use that 50 billion dollars to help us, not on countries that harbor terrorist. Do the right thing for Americans!
