We the people would like to petition the U.S. Government in relation to Foreign Aid. We would like the U.S. Government to stop all forms of foreign aid.
Humanitarian Aid should continue to be a value we seek as Americans. However, we feel that it is not the place of the U.S. Government to directly allocate funds, resources, or personel to the aid of other countries.
Rather, allow the Church and others who value humanitarian relief practice their beliefs. Allow the privatization of humanitarian relief.
Instead of direct Foreign Aid, the U.S. Government should allocate these same resources to addressing domestic humanitarian relief. These resources should be used to help relieve victims of natural disasters domestically.
