STOP FOREIGN AID! to countries who's CITIZENS have been known to BURN the US flag publicly, reroute funds to education.

the title should state QUITE LEGIBLY, what my intent is, STOP funding the peoples of countries that HATE US, with governments that plot TERRORIST attacks against the US territories and it's peoples, and reroute THOSE FUNDS directly into EDUCATION and to be put as GRANTS for people trying to start business retailing and developing ELECTRIC VEHICLES, America has many start ups without start up capitol to manufacture, vehicles that will free this country from our dependance to foreign oils, it is about time, we spend more developing OUR country than trying to FORCE by cultural invasion to get them out of the CAVES that they are so happy inside of, it is not our fault that their peoples suffer, it is their governments. Unless we allow them to have their own revolutions, there will be no peace.
