Stop Foreign Aid to Hostile Countries and Entities.

Please explain to "We the People" in clear and concise terms how to stop "this government" from expending American tax dollars in Foreign Aid to countries and other entities who have shown in the past they are hostile to the United States and have conflicting policies which oppose the American way of life. It is the belief that the majority of the people in the United States oppose this and yet the government continues with this policy. The purpose of this petition is not to ask this administration to stop, but to get information on how a majority can make this administration listen to the people and stop Foreign Aid to these countries and/or entities.
