Stop foreign aid to hostile countries and put that saved money back into our country

We need to stop sending foreign aid to hostile nations around the world. How does it make sense to send our countries hard earned money, which is the american peoples tax money, to hostile countries all over the world?
It does not. I request that our government do more than rethink it's foreign aid strategy and actually stop sending it. Our government continually defies the legal US citizens' requests to halt foreign aid to these countries. It is about time they start listening. Every year we send billions of dollars to countries that kill our soldiers, attack our embassies and kill our citizens, and attack our homeland. I speak from experience as I am a current soldier. These billions are needed at home more than ever before the american people take matters into their own hands.
