Stop Foreign Aid Spending, Foreign Military Assistance Funding, and other International Affairs Spending until the U.S. deficits has been repaid. When the deficits balance has reached $0.00 Income taxes will be reduced to 10% regardless of yearly income and the IRS will be removed and deleted from all U.S. systems. Only until a maintained balance of $50 trillion in the Federal Reserve; no Foreign Aid Spending, Foreign Military Assistance Funding, and other International Affairs Spending will be permitted. When a balance of $50 trillion has been reached in the Federal Reserve income taxes will be reduced to 7% for all U.S. Citizens.
