Stop foreign financial aid to countries that don't need it and to countries with policies contra to those of the U.S.

Why are we giving financial aid to countries that we are borrowing money from? In fiscal year 2010, the United States gave $1.4 Billion to 16 foreign countries that held approximately $10 billion in Treasury securities
Why are we funding governments that are diametrically opposed to the interests of the United States? According to the Treasury Department in Fiscal Year 2010, China held $1.1 Trillion in U.S. Treasury Bonds, Brazil held $193.5 Billion, Russia held $127.8 Billion, India held $39.8 Billion, Mexico held $28.1 Billion and Egypt had $15.3 Billion. In Fiscal Year 2012 the U.S. paid out $850 Million to Pakistan, the country that provided aid to Osama Bin Laden. Iran received $472 Million, Iraq $472 Million, Myanmar $38.5 Million, Yemen $545.6 Million and the list goes on.
