Why are we funding governments that are diametrically opposed to the interests of the United States? According to the Treasury Department in Fiscal Year 2010, China held $1.1 Trillion in U.S. Treasury Bonds, Brazil held $193.5 Billion, Russia held $127.8 Billion, India held $39.8 Billion, Mexico held $28.1 Billion and Egypt had $15.3 Billion. In Fiscal Year 2012 the U.S. paid out $850 Million to Pakistan, the country that provided aid to Osama Bin Laden. Iran received $472 Million, Iraq $472 Million, Myanmar $38.5 Million, Yemen $545.6 Million and the list goes on.
