The U.S. Government is using its butcher knife called sequestration and cutting U.S. Military and U.S. Citizen's programs and benefits while it continues to give military aid to other countries. Stopping this aid or reducing it should be the first step then look at what can be smartley reduced inside the U.S. it IS our taxes that pay the bills, ask us what we want.
