Stop foreign spending! Make an equal tax bracket for all Americans.

Dear Mr. President;
Our economy is an issue with all Americans. If we were to stop all foreign aid immediately and make an equal tax bracket for all Americans I believe that it will help bring the American people back together. Follow these simple steps
1) Immediately stop all foreign aid.
2) Make a 12% tax bracket for all Americans 6% to the federal Government 3% to the state the citizen lives in, 2% to social security, and 1% to medicare
3) All companies employing over 75 people pay 10% tax and any small company pays a 6% tax rate.
By doing this sir it will create more jobs a happy union and a more balanced federal budget. Also in turn it will allow each state to act as its own independent with their own financial agenda. 1% of the federal income will got to education grants. Thank you
