Stop freeze of education in the Cal State Universities. Pressure California for reduction of Cal state presidents.

California is currently in fiscal disaster thus threatens the states public university systems with spring admission freezes. They also threaten that those who want to get into the spring semester will be waitlisted to the fall semester. If the state doesn’t pass the bill that would increase taxes they estimate an additional 200 million loss to there budget which would require a possible other freezes or admissions denials to people who need the access or affordability to cal states. This would turn into a time bomb, which could attract UC's to do the same. Don’t make California less educated or more uneducated than the previous generations. Though budget cuts happen the presidents of these schools got a raise 10% more than their predecessors. Meanwhile, Cal State tuition costs are raised!
