Stop funding countries that want to harm the U.S. with my tax dollars.

With all the ludicrous spending cuts made by the Obama admin, no cuts were made to stop foreign aid to countries that have been a part of speaking out or acting out against the United States. Stop funding them now and use the money to pay off national debt, not cut military funding and tuition assistance.
