stop funding the drug users and deadbeats with public assistance!!

Make it mandatory that anyone that is receiving food stamps, public aid, or medicare that is not under a doctor written notice requiring them not to work be subject to random drug testing in order to keep their benefits. All people that do not have the required paperwork form from their doctor will once a month be required to submit to a random drug testing. Once this is done if there is a positive results for drugs in their system they need to be immediately removed from all forms of public aid. If there is a case where their will be children involved a social worker will then be made available for them to go to the food stores to assist in the shopping for food for the child(ren) that are in the home but the funds for the shopping will be controlled by the social worker.
