Sequestration and budget cuts are hurting our economy by taking money away from Americans. This limits spending power, meanwhile tax $$ are going overseas in the billions. We need to replace the foreign aid policy and make it a policy of charitable funds much like the federal CFC (Combined Federal Campaign) fund.
