Stop funding illegal immigrants ( undocumented) with rights to federal/state funded programs and give it to the taxpayer

I want to petition the government in to stopping the use of funding illegal immigrants from access to programs used for low income middle class and unemployed individuals in all states, we the people are paying for programs that not even some of the lower income families can get on but illigal immigrants can?? This needs to be addressed.
