New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is proposing providing funding for inmates in prison to earn a degree while law abiding citizens are struggling to stay afloat with their continued education.
We are asking for a urgent stoppage on this matter.
New Yorker's along with other state's already pay enough for inmate's behind bar's. Why should we have to pay for their College degree when we can't afford our own tuition?
