Stop funding other countries before cutting funding for U.S citizens!

Any foreign aid should be cut before cutting spending to benefit U.S. citizens. If we're in a budget crises and having trouble supporting ourselves how can the government in good conscious give millions of dollars in aid to other countries!! It's comparable to a family that doesn't have enough money for food loaning a neighbor money to go out to a bar.
