Stop funding people who refuse to work rather assist the ones who work on a daily basis, who can barely feed their kids

I see everyday some people are working so hard and still can barely feed their kids and make ends meet. While those who refuse to work can buy the most expensive foods, hair always done,nails done, drives the most expensive vehicle but gets hundreds and thousands of dollars assistance from the U.S government. It's high time the government stop encouraging this and assist the ones who truly needs assistance. Maybe,this will encourage and motivate more people to go out and find a job. Some people may periodically need an extra hundred or two to put food on the table, providing that their check was less for some reason & they have already taken care of all their other needs. I just need someone to give this some thought. Might help reduce stress and frustration for some hard working families.
