the outrageous amounts of money given to states 2 in prison people on offenses that should be no more than a fine also keeping people in jail for non violent offenses because of unreasonable hi Bail too low income offenders
is this petition is passes it would save tax payers billions of dollars a year also the court system would stop unjustified jailing just to keep there people working Prison guards police court officers etc....
