It is in my opinion that it is unfair to withhold salary from hundreds of thousands of government employees putting their livelihood in peril while supplying hundreds of millions of dollars to foreign countries in the name of aid.
If we are to reach the current Administrations budget goals sending funds that we do not have goes against the American people.
We should not suffer for others, we must not rob Peter to pay Paul
