Stop the FY 2014 Furlough or layoffs of U.S. citizens working for the Federal Government in the U.s. and Overseas areas.

Stop using the Government federal workers who are employed with the department of defense working inside the United States and Overseas locations. The FY 2014 budget talks that will take place in August and September of 2013 should not cut working peoples pay checks by furloughs or 28 day Government shut downs. This will impact hundred of thousands of working family in an already tight economy and also will force some people to think about not wanting to or being able to pay federal income tax for the year 2013. We have already suffered through 3 years of no job cost of living increases and with the money exchange rate in Japan costing thousands of federal civilian workers loss of COLA the furlough or 28 day shut down would be picking on the small folks trying to earn a living by working.
