November 12, 1948 the day the Geneva convention was signed by the Untied States of America. In this document it stated that the U.S. and all of the others who signed the document had to stop anybody who was committing a genocide. According to the Geneva convention a genocide is an act committed with intent to destroy in part or in whole a, national, ethnical, racial,or religious groups. The acts that are considered a genocide is forcing people to abort, inflicting on the groups conditions to destroy them ,and so may more.In North Korea Christians are being tortured, killed and even forced to abort. This is being done by there government and nobody is doing anything to stop it. As americans we signed the Geneva convention so is our duty to help the Christian in North Korea.
