We the people of the United States of America feel that politicians are manipulating and exploiting it's citizens and voters by giving the same people who get elected the power to change the voting districts. We feel that doing so is the equivalent of letting the coaches move the goalposts in a football game. We would like the power to control the size and shape of electoral districts be given to a party unrelated to the politicians elected in those districts.
